Automatic determination of freezing point of diesel fraction samplesIssuing time:2022-03-08 16:20 In late March, 2017, the review meeting on the revised draft of national standards was held in Wuxi. GB/T 510 is one of the five standards of this conference. As early as 2014, the national standard revision plan included: "China's national standard GB/T 510-1983" Determination of Freezing Point of Petroleum Products "will be revised by adopting method B in г ГOCT20287--1991" Determination of Pour Point and Freezing Point of Petroleum Products "under the joint responsibility of China Petrochemical Research Institute and Dalian Petroleum Instrument Co., Ltd." The newly revised standard incorporates the Automatic Micro Freezing Point Determination Method with independent intellectual property rights into the standard, and "Jinan Refinery, Hohhot Refinery, Jinling Petrochemical and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company" participated in the precision statistical test of the automatic freezing point tester. "From January, 2015 to December, 2015, complete the commissioning preparation of manual instruments and automatic instruments; Verify the repeatability and reproducibility of manual instruments and automatic instruments. " "From January 2016 to June 2016, we conducted precision statistical tests with six laboratories including Dalian Petroleum Instrument Co., Ltd.; Collect and analyze the statistical results to determine the precision of automatic instruments; Prepare a standard draft for comments and preparation instructions. " From page 4 to page 14 of the draft for review, the precision statistical test of automatic instruments is introduced with many detailed and scientific words and methods. The precision conclusions are: repeatability of 1.0℃ and reproducibility of 2.4℃. For diesel fraction samples without additives, the draft for review highly praised "the characteristics of less useful samples, quick and convenient testing and labor saving". The comparison test conclusion between manual instrument and automatic instrument in the draft for review: "The freezing point result of automatic instrument can meet the reproducibility requirement of manual instrument". It is mentioned in the draft for review that comparative tests have been made on different automatic freezing point instruments: "Nine diesel fraction samples without additives were selected and partially verified by imported Fustec automatic freezing point instrument (PPA-70X type) in Fushun Research Institute of Petrochemical Industry, Sinopec, and the comparative tests with micro automatic freezing point tester are shown in Table 8". It can be seen from the table that the automatic micro freezing point test method is more * * * * * * There is no doubt that the new standard to be implemented will greatly improve the test efficiency due to the adoption of automatic micro-determination method. |
